Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production Time

Most custom embroidered or embellished orders require up to 14 business days from the date the logo proof is approved before shipping. This timeframe accounts for production, embroidery, and quality checks.

If you require delivery by a specific date, that date must be communicated in advance. Rush production and/or expedited freight may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and availability.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing and paid for accordingly.


Rush Orders

  • 5-day rush production (business days) may be available upon request

  • Rush orders are subject to:

    • Additional rush fees

    • Expedited shipping charges

    • Production availability

Rush service is not automatic and must be confirmed prior to order placement.


Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, most blank (non-custom, non-embroidered, and non-printed) items are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.

Custom embroidered or printed items follow the production timelines outlined above. All shipping timelines are estimates only.

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high carrier volume, shipments may experience delays beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $500 (lower 48 U.S. states only)

  • Minimum shipping charge: $30

  • Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO addresses incur additional charges and do not qualify for free shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Carriers & Delivery

We primarily ship via UPS for deliveries within the lower 48 states.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses are sent via USPS only, and delivery times to these locations are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to ship from the warehouse nearest to your location, inventory availability may require shipment from an alternate warehouse, which may extend transit time.


Holiday & Carrier Delays

Shipping timelines during holidays are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions or closures

  • Peak holiday shipping volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping to an address different from the billing address may be permitted with manual approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.


International & Expedited Shipping

At this time:

  • We do not offer international shipping

  • Expedited or overnight shipping is available only by request and approval, and is subject to additional fees
